Research and Development

Pacific master, with clients as the center, with quality and lead time as our target, looks upon quality as the foundation for the long and steady development of our business. Our company applies the internationally advanced CAD/CAM/CAE design and processing integration system, assembles products and analyzes mold structure by using Pro/E software.

Our tooling departments with 250 staff including 30 engineers and our designs are completed in solid work, with software Pro/E, AutoCAD and PowerMill. Equipped with 80 sets advanced facilities, our manufacturing mould is up to 60MT-1,600MT.

Our second phase new expansion tooling department (aim to small and medium size mold) already launch into production in the middle of September 2006, area cover 700 sq meters. Equipped with CNC high precision machine (Germany DMG) 1set, EDM (Switzerland CHAIRMILLES) 2sets, CNC wire-cut EDM machine 1 set, grinding machine 3 sets, fitting machine 1 set, milling machine 6 sets, measuring equipment optical vision measuring machine 1 set.
